probability theory problem about bigos
Here's a probability theory problem that I like:
At our aunt's name day party, we play a social game where someone asks someone else a yes/no question, the person being asked secretly rolls two dice - and if two sixes come up they answer oppositely, otherwise they answer normally. Someone asked aunt "auntie, did you spit into the bigos when you were cooking it for us today?". The aunt secretly rolled the dice, looked at the result and answered "yes, I did spit." What is the probability that the aunt really did spit into the bigos?
Of course, those who know probability theory can calculate this without any problem, but for the school level I think the problem is interesting.
