Reflecta RubyScan Scanner (idVendor=115b, idProduct=3100) on Linux
If you have a Reflecta RubyScan scanner (idVendor=115b, idProduct=3100) and want to run it on Linux, know that it pretends to be a USB camera. So just connect it to your computer, run the "cheese" program, and you should see the image from the scanner. Alternatively, you can open VLC, select file -> open capture device, type /dev/video0, and you’ll also see the image.
