sparrows are different from tits

I have a small hanging feeder, which accommodates only one bird at a time. I noticed something interesting: sparrows use it differently than tits. Tits (always, each one) fly up, take a sunflower seed, and fly back to a branch to eat it (meanwhile, another tit flies to the feeder, another, another, and so on, it goes smoothly). Sparrows (always, each one) fly up, perch, and eat slowly, occupying space on the feeder.
