If you want to see an elevator operated by a real elevator operator (specifically: a female operator), go to the hospital on Szaserów Street in Warsaw and ask how to get to the gastroenterology clinic by elevator. Inside the elevator, there are two chairs: one for the operator, and the other for her things, like her purse or sometimes her charging phone; and there are holy pictures hanging on the wall. A few days ago, visitors had an extra attraction. I was told there was a note by the elevator saying that due to a broken call button, if you wanted to use the elevator, you had to knock.
