I'd like to be able to scale contents of windows in GUI - so fonts, buttons, images etc become larger and smaller. I don't know why in nowadays graphic environments it is impossible - with today's graphic acceleration it should be easy and lightweight. I'd also like to be able to set in my X Window environment a resolution of 1240x768 scaled down to 800x600. Just when I have some old monitor which handles nothing more then 800x600, but I want everything to fit in my screen, like in hires.
